Initial Injury Consultation
£50
If you haven’t been to Libby Hill Sports Therapy before, or are experiencing a new injury, an initial consultation is the right appointment for you. This session begins with an in-depth discussion about your injury, lifestyle, and personal goals, followed by a detailed physical examination including hands-on assessment and an evaluation of strength and mobility.
From this discussion and examination, a personalised rehabilitation plan is created based on your individual needs. The aim of the session is to provide a clear pathway for rehabilitation and help kick-start the recovery process.

Follow-Up Sports Injury Session
£35
A follow-up appointment is available after an initial consultation and focuses on supporting ongoing recovery. These sessions provide an opportunity to review progress, address new symptoms, refine exercises, and adjust the rehabilitation plan as needed. In 30 minutes, progress is reviewed, hands-on treatment is provided where required, and the programme is adapted to continue promoting recovery, confidence, and
long-term wellbeing.

Sports Massage (1 Hour)
£40
A one-hour sports massage helps relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery. The session targets both specific problem areas and overall muscle health, combining targeted massage with relaxation to leave the body feeling looser and more comfortable. Sports massage can also help prevent injuries, improve mobility, and enhance general wellbeing. Whether returning from injury, training regularly, or seeking relief from everyday tension, this session helps the body feel refreshed and ready to move.

Taping
£5
Taping is used to support muscles and joints without restricting movement. It can assist with pain relief, improve circulation, and provide extra stability during activity or recovery. During the session, the injury and type of discomfort are discussed to select and apply the most suitable taping technique for the specific issue and intended activity. Taping can be used alongside therapy or massage to support rehabilitation,
prevent strain, and promote confidence in movement.
