About
I’m Libby Hill, and I started Libby Hill Sports Therapy to help people live pain-free and reach their full potential, whatever their goals may be. The aim has always been to create a space where everyone feels supported and at the centre of their own journey, with care that is personalised, practical, and encouraging.
I graduated from Plymouth Marjon University with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and also hold qualifications in First Aid, Level 4 Sports Massage, and Level 2 Gym Instruction. My experience working in sports therapy clinics and alongside sports teams has shaped the way I approach each person’s care. It taught me how injuries affect movement, confidence,
and everyday life, and inspired me to combine hands-on treatment with rehabilitation plans that are realistic, achievable, and empowering.
Every step at the clinic is guided by the belief that recovery and wellbeing are a journey. From the first consultation to ongoing support, the focus is on helping people move with confidence, regain strength, and feel in control of their progress, all within a welcoming and approachable environment.
